This program is holistic and looks into five key areas of self care to create balance, homeostasis and equanimity within.

This is the process I have used for decades in my own clinic for clients who understand that self care is the basis for good health and wellbeing.

This is where we talk about how you can feel more connected to your body. We talk about your self care practices for your skin, mouth and muscles, and how to work with your breath.

MODULE 3 – SELF CARE AND SPIRITUALITY

Spirituality is not just about religion – it’s about what you’re doing to ‘feed your soul’. This includes things like how nurtured you feel by your closest relationships and social connections, as well as embracing more gratitude and mindfulness in your life.

MODULE 4 – SELF CARE AND YOUR ENVIRONMENT

Your environment is critical to self care because this is what supports you to feel your best. If your environment is cluttered or noisy, it will be harder for you to stay calm and clear. In this module, we talk about some simple ways to create a sanctuary in your home and how to connect with nature.

MODULE 5 – SELF CARE AND NUTRITION

This is where we talk about how to nourish yourself with high-quality foods so you can avoid toxins and pesticides that might be robbing you of the energy and vitality you deserve. To thrive, I believe we need local, seasonal and organic foods that support our bio individuality.

Who am I to teach you about self care?

 

My name is Dr Zara Celik. I’m a qualified chiropractor, an integrative nutrition, health and wellness coach, and owner of the Amara Wellness Centre.
